We have travelled across the globe in search of the best steak, BBQ & pit roast and brought them back to England.

When the meat is delivered, our preparation starts nearly 48 hours before it is served to our customers. It is marinated for 24 hours and then slow cooked for up to 18 hours. The meat is continuously flavoured every 2 hours with dry spice rubs and smoked over a singleblend hardwood Oak and Hickory. The wood smoke infuses with the rubs and glazes and gives the meat a wonderful aroma, great taste and an excellent profile.
